Do I need to install anything?
No. Biznefit runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Your staff sign in with their own email and password.
Can I keep using Shopify and Daraz?
Yes. Biznefit reads your orders and products from them, and — only if you switch it on — keeps their stock and prices in step with your shop.
Which couriers can I book from inside Biznefit?
Rocket, PostEx and Couriers Next are booked directly. Any other courier can still be recorded by hand so every parcel is tracked in one place.
Is my data kept separate from other businesses?
Yes. Every company's data is walled off at the database itself, and every person gets their own login with only the screens you tick for them.
What if my team isn't good with computers?
Screens use plain shopkeeper words, big buttons and work well on a phone. Each person only sees the screens their job needs.
How long does it take to get started?
Most shops are taking orders on the first day. We set up your company, import your products from Shopify or a spreadsheet, and train your team.
Can I switch off the parts I don't use?
Yes. Each app — Shopify, Daraz, WhatsApp, Facebook and the rest — is installed only if you want it, and disappears from every screen when you don't.
Do I pay per order?
No. Every plan has unlimited orders. You pay a fixed monthly or yearly price.
