Ever since starting my entrepreneurial journey, I've faced countless operational challenges. Every time I wanted to simplify a task, I ended up subscribing to another software, adding another tool, and opening yet another browser tab.

From managing sluggish Facebook Ads Manager, order confirmations, fake courier delivery attempts, cash ledgers, bank transfers, blacklisted customers, inventory, and overwhelming WhatsApp queries to managing day-to-day business operations — everything required a separate platform or manual effort.

That's when the idea of Biznefit was born.

Rather than building another standalone tool to solve just one problem, I wanted to build an entire business operating ecosystem — one that eliminates unnecessary complexity, reduces manual work, connects everyday operations, and gives business owners complete control over their businesses.

As Co-Founder of Biznefit, I've been leading the technical vision, architecture, and engineering behind the platform. My role is to turn complex business requirements into practical, interconnected software solutions.

With over 12 years of software development experience, I've worked across mobile engineering, full-stack development, product architecture, and AI automation. At Biznefit, I'm focused on building the core infrastructure that connects business operations into one unified ecosystem.

This includes engineering integrated systems for order management, POS, inventory and warehouse management, courier integrations, financial operations, social commerce, team workflows, and AI-powered customer interactions.

My responsibility goes beyond writing code. I'm focused on system architecture, application performance, automation logic, third-party integrations, scalability, and ensuring that every module communicates seamlessly with the rest of the platform.

As Co-Founder of Biznefit, I'm focused on bringing the product experience to life — transforming business needs into intuitive, practical, and reliable software.

My contribution spans full-stack development, application functionality, frontend experiences, and the implementation of features that make everyday business operations easier for users.

With experience in Python, JavaScript, React.js, and web and mobile development, I enjoy solving practical problems through technology and building solutions that are both functional and user-friendly.

At Biznefit, my goal is to ensure that powerful technology doesn't come with unnecessary complexity. Every feature should serve a purpose, every workflow should feel intuitive, and every interaction should make running a business easier.

With a professional background in assurance and financial services at A. F. Ferguson & Co., a member firm of the PwC network, I bring a strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, business processes, and operational efficiency to Biznefit.

My focus is on making business data more meaningful and business operations more transparent. I aim to bridge the gap between financial management and technology by contributing to smarter reporting, automated workflows, financial visibility, and data-driven decision-making.

With hands-on expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), I'm particularly interested in eliminating repetitive processes, improving financial accuracy, and transforming raw business data into actionable insights.

At Biznefit, my goal is to help businesses gain better control over their numbers, streamline financial operations, and make decisions backed by reliable data.

About Biznefit

Biznefit started as the system behind Durin's Placket, a Karachi shirt maker selling from a retail outlet, Shopify, WhatsApp and wholesale, and making every shirt in its own workshop.

Orders were in five places, parcels went missing and nobody could say where the cash was. So we built one place for all of it. Every screen was used to fix a real problem in that business before it was offered to anyone else.
